Kimberly Marion

Global Operations Director &  Co-Founder

As the operations leader of Caspian Events, Kimberly is the key point of contact between all vendors, C-level Executives and events managers. She is a successful event director, an expert program developer and a logistical “mastermind.”

Originally from Philadelphia, Kimberly graduated from Drexel University with a BA in Psychology. She began her career working for Wharton Business School’s Behavioral Lab and eventually moved to Wharton’s San Francisco campus where she managed the Venture Initiation Program (an accelerator program for entrepreneurs) along with various alumni events. Her passion for rowing led her to join Latitude 35 Leadership whereas an instructor she had hands-on experience coaching executive corporate teams.

Kimberly’s engagement in Caspian Events is continuously fueled by the rich world and experiences that happen outside of “your immediate surroundings.” At a young age, Kimberly had a hunger for travel and exposure to new cultures. Now she uses the experiential lessons of travel and adventure to open the minds of academic groups and corporate teams in need of challenge.
